License Agreement and Terms of Use

1. Your license

RECAP grants the right to use RECAP TOUR according to your activated license. The license determines the Standard or Pro edition, duration, permitted devices and concurrent users. Ownership of the software is not transferred.

2. Free trial and activation

Starting a Trial requires an internet connection and registration with Name and Company. Email and Telephone are optional. The server automatically creates a Trial license and sets its start, expiry and available features.

Reinstalling does not entitle you to a new Trial. The Trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Purchases, extensions and upgrades require a separate agreement.

3. License validation and duration

The application communicates with the License Server to validate your license. Temporary offline use is available only while the stored entitlement remains valid. Floating licenses also have concurrent-use limits.

Features may be restricted when a license expires or cannot be validated. Contact info@recap-tour.com for transfers to another computer or activation problems.

A perpetual license grants use without a contractual expiry date for the version purchased. New versions, maintenance and support are included only as specified in the quotation.

4. Proper use and project data

You must not bypass licensing checks, use falsified codes or distribute the software beyond your license rights. Mandatory legal exceptions and rights remain unaffected.

Your data and projects remain yours. Check the accuracy and suitability of results before professional use, and keep backups.

5. Restrictions and your rights

RECAP may suspend a license for a material breach of the terms or unauthorised use, taking proportionate measures. You may ask support to review any restriction you believe is incorrect.

Greek law applies, without affecting your mandatory rights, including consumer rights where applicable. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Acceptance and privacy

Your acceptance relates to this version of the Terms. Material changes will be communicated and do not automatically change existing purchased license rights retrospectively.
